How do I access the e-books I've purchased?
Your e-books should be available on the miEbooks application within two (2) working days after receiving your miEbooks welcome email. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received this yet.
- Internet access is required for downloading the miEbooks app, e-books, and updates. Please check the minimum device and software requirements for e-books.
- E-books are available offline once downloaded.
- E-books may not be available for certain subjects. In such a case, you will receive the printed version of the subject material for which you have registered either via courier or upon collection (depending on the option you’ve chosen upon registration).
- Please note that e-books are only available for the academic year for which you’ve registered. E-books are non-refundable.
To install the miEbooks app, please follow the steps below:
- Download the app from your app store (Microsoft App Store, Android Play Store, Apple App Store)
- Open the miEbooks app
- Select ''School/Institution''
- In the ''School/Institution'' field, select Impaq OR enter ''https://ebooks.Impaq.co.za'' to connect to the server
- Enter your username and password (the username will be your email address, with the password being system-generated as per the Welcome email).*
- Click on ''Save''
- Return to the miEbooks library. Tap on the e-book you wish to open.
- If no e-books display immediately click on the "Refresh" button to refresh the application
