How do I apply for academic accommodations or concessions in Grade 10 to 12?

An assessment accommodation or concession is a change made to an assessment or assessment venue/regulations for learners with learning barriers or disabilities to ensure that these do not unfairly affect a learner’s academic performance. Applying for assessment accommodations and/or concessions helps learners who experience learning barriers to be optimally supported without compromising the standard and credibility of their work.

Account holders or legal guardians can apply for academic accommodations and/or exemptions by sending an email to aqc.support@impaq.co.za

The average processing time for an application is between six (6) and eight (8) weeks. No late applications will be processed - please refer to the relevant deadlines as stipulated on the application form. It is the responsibility of each parent/guardian to ensure that all the required documents, as stipulated on the application form, are submitted. Impaq cannot take responsibility for incomplete or outstanding documentation.
