Learners must visit the Microsoft or Apple App store, search for “The Invigilator PC” and download/install it on their personal laptop or computer.
To register on the app, click on “Register as a student”, fill in your personal details, and select “Signup”.
Struggling to register?
• Check that you are using your Impaq email address.
• Check that your two email address blocks and password blocks are exact matches.
• Check that you are connected to the internet.
You will be asked to verify your account. A confirmation code will be emailed to your Impaq email address. Please input the code into the app and click on “Verify”.
Not receiving your confirmation code?
• Remember to check your spam/junk mail.
• Click on the resend button at the bottom of your confirmation screen.
When you’ve successfully installed the app, you will be asked to complete a short tutorial. Make sure that you can hear the app notifications.To ensure that your assessments proceed without a hitch, please complete the demo test.
