How do I install the Optimi app?

To install the Optimi app, please follow the steps below:
  1. Download the app from your app store (Microsoft App Store, Android Play Store, Apple App Store)
  2. Open the Optimi app
  3. Enter your username and password (as per the Welcome email).*
  4. Note: If your username is not an email address, you will need to log in to the Optimi Learning Portal and follow the steps to update your username.
  5. Click on the login button after entering your username and password. 
*If you have forgotten your password, or did not receive the welcome email, please reach out to us for assistance.

Volg asb. hierdie stappe om die Optimi-toepassing te installeer: 
  1. Laai die toepassing af (beskikbaar op die Microsoft App Store, Android Play Store, of Apple App Store) 
  2. Maak die Optimi-toepassing oop 
  3. Sleutel jou gebruikersnaam en wagwoord in (soos per die Welkom e-pos)*
  4. Neem kennis: Indien jou gebruikersnaam nie 'n e-posadres is nie, sal jy op die Optimi Learning Portal moet aanteken en die stappe moet volg om jou gebruikersnaam op te dateer. 
  5. Klik op die "Log in"-knoppie nadat jy jou gebruikersnaam en wagwoord ingesleutel het.
