How do I plan my day-to-day schedule?
Parents, learners and tutors can make use of the
Optimi Learning Portal (OLP) to assist them with their planning. Simply log in to OLP - your suggested lessons and guidance sessions for the week will show once you click on a subject. You can click on any of the suggested activities to navigate straight to where you need to be!
For longer-term planning, use the Calendar tab. Here you will find suggested lesson plans and activities that you can toggle to see per week/per month. You can also filter by the type of resource you're looking for - click on Filter and switch buttons on/off to see upcoming assessments, lesson structures and/or guidance sessions. Make sure that you also refer to the Impaq calendar available under Resources > General Documents for important dates and deadlines. This calendar is updated throughout the course of the year to comply with the regulations set out by the assessment body, SACAI. As such, please ensure that you download the most updated version from OLP.
