How do I reset my password for the Optimi Learning Portal (OLP)?

  1. Navigate to the Optimi Learning Portal
  2. Enter your username (for guardians/tutors, this will typically be your ID number. For learners, this will be astudentnumber@optimi.learning.co.za)
  3. Click on "Forgot Password"
  4. Ensure that your username is correct, then select "Recover password". An email with a reset link will be sent to the user's listed email address.
Note:
A valid password should meet the following criteria: at least 8 characters long,  containing at least 1 letter and 1 number
