How do I reset my password for my.Impaq?
- To reset your password, open https://my.impaq.co.za/ and click on "Forgot username/password". Then enter your username (typically your ID number) and select "Send reset e-mail".
- A reset link will be sent from noreply@impaq.co.za to the email address listed for your ID number - remember to check your junk/spam folder. Click on the link in the email to update your password.
- Navigate back to my.Impaq and log in with the new credentials.
