The Optimi app doesn't seem to be working - what now?

If you are experiencing issues with the Optimi app, please ensure that you have checked the following:

o Does your device meet the minimum required specifications? Please refer to the device specifications here.
o Are you connected to the internet? Switch off your 3G data when you connect to WiFi.
o Do you have the latest Optimi app version? Confirm that the latest version of the app is installed by navigating to the app store for your specific device and looking for possible app updates.
o Do you have enough free space available on your device? Always have at least 2GB of free space for resources.
o Are your date and time settings correct?
