How do I join a subject guidance session?

The sessions can be joined live via the learner’s login details on OLP; alternatively, the recordings may be watched at a later stage. 

To view upcoming sessions: 

  • Log in to OLP
  • Select the learner
  • Navigate to the top left of the screen and click on the  icon
  • Select Calendar and toggle between week and month view to see all lessons, assessments and subject guidance sessions

To join a session: 

  • Log in to OLP
  • Select the learner
  • Click on the Guidance Sessions tab
  • Select the relevant subject
  • Click on the play button next to the session that you would like to join or view should you have missed it
