What do the symbols on my statement of results mean?

What do the symbols on my statement of results mean?

If a learner received the following symbols on their statement of results, possible reasons are:   
  1. IR – Incomplete result due to outstanding SBA/PAT/oral mark.   
  2. A – Absent for one or more papers during the examination.   
  3. S (333) – Results suspended due to an irregularity still under investigation.   
  4. D (888) – The candidate has been disqualified due to an irregularity that has been investigated and concluded.   
  5. 777/444 – Outstanding SBA/PAT/oral mark.   
  6. 999 – Absent in one or more papers in the examination.  

PLEASE NOTE: These reasons will be indicated next to the relevant subject. Any other reference to the codes will merely explain its meaning.
