What does provisional approval mean?

There are two ways in which learners can register for the upcoming academic year, depending on whether their end-year report card is available at the time of registration. If you submit your application without the final report card, you will need to upload a successful Term 2 report, and you will be provisionally approved.

Impaq allows for early bird registration where the learner’s final report card is not yet available. However, this registration is considered provisional, and a final passed report card must be submitted no later than 31 January 2025. Failure to submit a valid report card by this date will lead to the registration being cancelled. Impaq will not be liable for the costs incurred. Terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the relevant cancellation policy:
