Where can I find assessments and memorandums?

Tests, tasks, examinations, and memorandums for Grades 4 to 9 are made available only in electronic format on the Optimi Learning Portal (OLP). To download assessments and memorandums:
  1. Log in to OLP using your login details as guardian/tutor. 
  2. Select the learner
  3. Navigate to the Assessments tab
  4. Select the relevant subject
  5. Download assessments and/or memorandums from this screen by clicking on the download button (arrow) next to the relevant assessment/memorandum.
Please note that memorandums for examinations will be made available on Fridays at 12pm in line with the suggested exam timetables available on OLP.
