Where do I find important information, documents, and timetables?

The Resources folder is the home of General Documents – your one-stop hub for academic information, timetables, and more important information. Once you've logged in to OLP, click on the Resources tab on the left side of the screen and select General Documents 2024.

Here you can find information on:
  1. Accommodations and concessions/exemptions.
  2. Forms relating to any administrative changes to your profile, such as linking a tutor, changing the account holder/guardian, updating your payment method, subject changes, and more.
  3. Everything you need to know about assessments and how it works, as well as timetables.
  4. Guidance in terms of DBE registration (learners in Grades 1 to 9), year plans, and more.
